our cottage easement of 3007 22nd ave. W onto 3013 22nd ave W gives us 8 ft onto 3013 property but the cement parking stall is about to be poured any day now. It only gives us about 74 inches from property line where the cement will be 8 in high, and only 82 inches where the cement will be 2 ft high, instead of 96 inches. At most we will only have 13 inches for maintenance and up against a 2ft wall, which is not enough for a human to move around. Please see the site plan for construction permit
