Per Online; The alley on the south side of this property is significantly overdue for maintenance. There are large pool size potholes that prevent proper usage of the alley. It is the responsibility of this property owner to properly maintain the alley. It is having an impact on our property next door because our side of the alley is getting more traffic because their side isn't being properly maintained which means our property is frequently bearing the cost to maintain it fo
