Per online complaint:"Severe mold problem inside basement rental unit, including black mold growing out of walls, doors, carpet, and damaging tenants belongings. Mold problem is worst on "outside" walls, and comes back when cleaned off."Note: Please DO NOT call the landlord/owner until after the inspection is done and a violation is observed.
