There is an unpermitted DADU structure on the south eastern portion of the lot, it can easily be seen from the alley. It is high up off the ground and likely not built to code as the owner actively works on various projects on a regular basis. It is also somehow using electricity. It has been slowly built up for the past six months and appears to be nearly finished. It is white and about 10'x10'.

I moved into a rental unit within a duplex on 3016 23rd Avenue West, Seattle, WA 98199 on 11/1/2021. The rental unit has been given the name "Unit A".Upon move in, I found that the exterior of the unit has exposed wood and removed siding around all exterior windows and doorways, as well as a large approximately 2 inch gap between the porch cement and transition strip to the front door that poses a trip hazard.
