There is an unpermitted DADU structure on the south eastern portion of the lot, it can easily be seen from the alley. It is high up off the ground and likely not built to code as the owner actively works on various projects on a regular basis. It is also somehow using electricity. It has been slowly built up for the past six months and appears to be nearly finished. It is white and about 10'x10'.

I moved into a rental unit within a duplex on 3016 23rd Avenue West, Seattle, WA 98199 on 11/1/2021.
