Per online complaint: "THERE APPEARS TO BE WORK ON GOING WITHIN THE BASEMENT AND GARAGE WITHOUT A PERMIT TO CONVERT THIS SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE TO A MULTIPLEX: 2 UNITS IN THE MAIN HOUSE AND A UNIT IN THE REAR YARD, APPARENTLY CONVERTED FROM A GARAGE. PARKING IS A TERRIBLE PROBLEM ON THIS BLOCK. THIS MAKES IT WORSE!"Note: owner almost finished with work, currently interviewing prospective occupants.
