Per ERTS: CALLER IS REPORTING THAT A NEIGHBOR IS RUNNING AN ILLEGAL CAR REPAIR SHOP FROM THEIR HOME AND ONFRIDAY THERE WAS OIL RUNNING DOWN THE DRIVEWAY OUT INTO THE STREET AND FLOWING INTO THE STORMDRAINS. THE NEIGHBOR HAD PILED KITTY LITTER IN MOUNDS ON TOP OF IT TO TRY AND SOAK IT UP BUT WITH THEHEAVY RAINFALL THERE WAS STILL SIGNIFICANT AMOUNTS. AFTER THE RAIN EVEN THEY SHOVELED UP MOST OF THEKITTY LITTER BUT THERE IS STILL REMANANTS OF OIL ON THE STREETS AND STAINING.

Per online complaint - Property owner consistently has junk vehicles located on the street. They're never moved and they have parts lying on the ground around the cars. I believe this neighbor works with another neighbor two doors down (complaint to be made on them after this one).

per online complaint: Multiple wrecked cars and a greyhound bus being worked on non stop day and night, located in front of the house, sides and rear. Light and noise pollution at night creating a nuisance to other neighbors. Vehicles encroaching on street and sidewalk. People coming and going Suspected drug act.
