Per CSB; Good morning. On 3/8/2020 at 3:20 AM a recycle truck emptied commercial recycle bin at The Oak. The Oak is a bar and restraurant located on north Beacon Hill. Per ERTS: CALLER IS REPORTING THAT THERE IS A LARGE PLASTIC STORAGE TANK ON THE PROPERTY THAT IS LEAKING AN UNKNOWN OIL ONTO THE GROUND. THE OIL COULD ENTER A NEARBY STORM DRAIN IF IT IS NOT CLEANED UP.

Today at 2:40 AM a Recycle (garbage) Truck came down my residential alley and emptied The Oak Bar recycle dumpster. Our entire household was woken by the noise.
