No hot water early in the morning (5:30am) or late at night (midnight) conflicting with our work schedules. When there is hot water, sometimes it runs out within 2-5 minutes. This is without us running other appliances. For two people this is not enough. Previous inspections told us the water heater is 28 gallons.

Basement apartment is definitely not in code - it was a later addition to the house. I'm 5'5 and my head brushes the ceiling in some places because they put in a false houses tons of rats. They had to saw the tops of doors off to get them to fit. Pipe sticking out of the floor - instead of fixing they simply put laminate OVER the pipe so there is a huge bulge in the floor - crazy safety hazard. Excessive garbage is piling up and spilling into the street and sidewalk. This has been an on-going situation, but is particularly bad now. The house is at the NW corner of "W. Olympic Pl" and "3rd Ave W" in 98119. The property address is 302 W Olympic Pl, Seattle, WA 98119. This property is an eyesore for the neighborhood.- Concerned neighbor.

ZONING--per online--Blue house on corner of 3rd and W. Olympic -- Complaint about consistent and excess trash in driveway on 3rd ave W. A rental house with multiple units. Trash cans are consistently spilled over with 3 garbage bins worth of loose trash blocking sidewalk and edge of street.
