I live in eastern Washington and am soon moving to Seattle with a new Housing Choice Voucher. I applied for an apartment at Alki Estates Apartments and was approved. POTA--per online--I am on the Housing Choice Voucher Program and recently applied for this apartment and was approved. I am looking to move over from Pullman, Wa so had to do most everything over the phone. She had me pay a $300 holding fee and hasn't provided me with documentation in writing. We had a meeting yesterday for her to do my leasing kit and she no call/no showed. She is no longer responding to my calls or emails.

Black mold in unit, ongoing leak. Landlord cut a hole in wall in kitchen, left the wall open. Worried they are not going to fix properly, just do a quick patchup job. Hole has been there a couple days no word from Mgmt. Transferred call to MH tenant wants to know rights
