The Webster School construction group has been jackhammering (or doing some other impact-based construction) before 8am regularly. For a while they were starting at 7am and then they stopped (maybe because someone reported them). But, the past few weeks they still start it around 7:30am a few days a week. I have tried to call a couple times, but always get a message saying no one is available. It is especially disruptive because it makes my entire house vibrate, so nois
