Excessive construction noise beginning before 6am even. Loud enough to wake people up, repeated and continuous so one cannot attempt to go back to sleep. The noise this morning sounded like sawing through metal, but this is far from the first time. Hard to know which construction project this is from because there are several around us.

Per online complaint "In regards to Substandard rental housing conditions. Apartment management replaced the seals in all of the sinks within our apartment. This led to the water not being potable, out of any of the repaired sinks. (Within hours of their maintenance.) It has not been addressed for over 2 weeks."

Was the 20' X 50' community rooftop deck that was installed five or six years ago permitted? The bottom of the deck attaches to the complainant's apartment, and has caused air and pollutants to accumulate in his unit.
