CONSTRUCTION--Related to permit 6582165-CNMain entry stair construction is deviating from approved site plan. The original plan shows these stairs on the eastern side of the house.The stairs are too close to the property line on the west side, and I believe they violate setback regulations.Using this guide: http://www.seattle.gov/DPD/Publications/CAM/cam312.pdfI would consider this a deck that is taller than 18 inches and less than 5 feet from the property line in a residential
