Per Online; I have been inundated with constriction of 3 apartment buildings for almost 2 years now. Since the COVID-19 regulations I have been forced to work from home and will have to for at least 8 more weeks. Given the mandate on 3/23 by our governor, "non-essential" business should be closed. However, even today the construction continues from 7am-7pm behind my house. Included but not limited to jackhammering, nail guns, yelling, workers playing music, large vehicles, etc

NOISE--per online--There is a house right in the back of mine that has been torn down and is now being rebuilt. I come home every day to blasting music, jackhammers, nail guns, yelling, etc. This also occurs on the weekends and late into the evening (past 7pm). My understanding is that a) the noise during this time should be kept to a minimum (i.e. there shouldn't be a radio blasting at high volume along with the rest of the noise) and b) that they are required to stop by 7p
