Well, being an Architect (we live across the alley from this jobsite), it occurred to me that the fact the Contractor has had an insulation truck parked in the alley for 4 hours blowing insulation into the house is a nifty way of getting around having to have a street use permit to do the work. The compressor has gotten a bit annoying in the 4th hour. This has been a common occurrence with other trades as well as waste removal.
