Roach and ant infestation***UPDATE***11/6/24 KH - spoke with complainant who stated that the ant issue got resolved last year but cockroaches is new. Management informed him that they would treat for cockroaches in Sept 2024 but did not. Instead, his unit was treated for cockroaches on 10/18/24. Unknown whether additional treatments will be performed. He's taken upon himself to treat the cockroaches. Also had a problem with a fan making noise which was heard through the duct work. Noise

Follow us up my message this morning as well as previous complaints on this over the many months. I have been unable to sleep this entire night because of a constant hum of a fan in my bedroom from another apartment. Despite wearing earplugs, I still hear the noise and I cannot sleep. This is not the first time this has happened. The building ir fans ir ductwork is faulty. It makes my apartment unhabitable.
