Fire alarm panel on first floor keeps making a beeping sound, and lights on panel are flashing and giving messages on the screen. When alarm sounds fire doors close and interior lights do not work.

Roach and ant infestation***UPDATE***11/6/24 KH - spoke with complainant who stated that the ant issue got resolved last year but cockroaches is new. Management informed him that they would treat for cockroaches in Sept 2024 but did not. Instead, his unit was treated for cockroaches on 10/18/24. Unknown whether additional treatments will be performed. He's taken upon himself to treat the cockroaches. Also had a problem with a fan making noise which was heard through the duct work. Noise
