Aldercrest Apartments, owned by Pacific Real Estate. The parking garage situation is illegally compacted, allowing cars to just barley park and minimal space to open doors. Cars are frequently having to open their doors into each other and scrape up against the concrete pillars as a result. Even compact cars are badly able to get in and out of their vehicles, anything bigger is doomed. I am certain they made the spots illegally small so as to maximize the amount of spots
