Per CSB;SDCI - Address water shut off concerns involving landlord - SPU put notice on front door of building at The Urban North Apartments, 3032 NE 140th St. stating water will be shut off Aug 3rd. SPU also sent notice to tenant stating landlord is 10k in arrears. Called Renting in Seattle and they said it would take 6 weeks to inspect. I rented an apartment under the impression is was livable. It was over run with roaches. I requested before moving in a walk-through, I was never given a checklist or a copy of the the lease.
