Fridge & oven not working. We replacedout of our pockets and no reimbursement from owner. We are still using space heaters. The stairsare damaged and inneed of repair. There are sewageodors inside, thefaucet in kitchen isbroken. Place is intotal disrepair. Whatare our rights?
