Hi again -I have written and written to you guys asking for you to PLEASE change the two burnt out bulbs in the flood lightson the east side of your building for months now & I'm not getting a response & more & more police activity ishappening again, on your property, on a regular basis so I would like to know if I can replace the bulbs myself ?I just cannot afford to have my rent and or insurance go up any higher because you are neglecting the propertyin addition
