Per Online; I had been communicating with Mr. Aundrae Lee back in 2016 regarding this issue. Our neighbors chimney at 3038 37th AVe SW is leaning dangerously towards our house. The mortar has been undercut severely at the base and it has pulled away by at least 12" at the topline. Unfortunately the last time we discussed this with the Dept of Construction & Inspections, you weren't able to do anything since it was an owner occupied home. There's been a recent development with
