I've been complaining about a loud tenant for several weeks (bass coming through the floor)The property management initially seemed like they would address it - but started ignoring my emails when I would follow-up. The last email I received from them they asked me if I was "sure" I was hearing anything and defended the unit that would be causing the noise. I tried following up and cc'd the owner - it's been days and no follow up with anyone. The noise continues during the day and evening -

We have radiators that are controlled in a boiler room. Residents cannot turn on the main source so - if it's off our radiators don't work. I put in a work order on 10/13 letting them know the radiators were not turning on (via my own knobs in my apartment) and it was freezing (the low was below 40 over night). They said they would "look into it" and nothing was done.The hot water is also not getting completely hot - so there's no way to get warm unless you have an electric heater or someth

The callboxes does not work for the building and hasn't worked in a couple of years. We had an incident that 911 was called and they were not able to enter the building as the callbox was down and it was late at night. The only way they got in was they shined their flashlight into my window (raised 1st floor), saw the lights and checked the window and saw they were all standing there and couldn't access the building. If there was a domestic or fire issue they wouldn't be able to get in.
