Per CSB: Large amounts of trash have accumulated over the past two years. There was a fence around the property however you can clearly see a few tons of garbage have a cumulated thereThis is a piece of property that a house was condemned and removed since then the property owner has built a shed put up a fence and has continued to pile garbage all around the shed. There's also an abandoned vehicle on the property easily accessed and viewable from the alleyway
