Major interior renovation - I went over notes under Projects #6417347 & #6403432. Complainant insists that this property owner has been in trouble in the past for deviating outside of the scope of the permits. Stated they are doing way more than described per Permit 6417339. They are doing work on all of the units. Is per Permit #6417339 & #6403432? I asked him if he were a tenant he said yes I explained how our inspectors cannot trespass can they call him he said no.
