Tenant received a new lease they're adding in renewal issues that tenant doesn't understand or agree to. Received on 12/2025. The new lease doesn't mention anything about the rent increase. Is this allowed or legal? Is it valid if there's no mention of the rent increase in the new lease? What are rights?
