Retaining structure on slope is failing at 3050 14th Ave W, Seattle, WA 98119, on the frontage W Dravus St between 14th Ave W and 13th Ave W, S side.Needs slope stability analysis. Rocks recently tumbled onto the sidewalk. The toe of the slope is bulging. Jackstraw trees. Soil appears to be separating at top of slope.Concrete at toe of slope has failed. A tie back is sticking out, attached to nothing. Saturated soils. I am requesting enforcement related to
