Per Inspector: In a lease from 7/ 23/25 to 7/22/25 for certain amount of rent and landlord has issued notice of rent increase. Is this legal for a lease with set dates. Also issued illegal notices for rent increases to tenants.

3 of the 4 windows in our apartment do not open. I have submitted two maintenance requests since February and the apartment leasing company has denied both requests to fix them. Both times they stated the owner said it was not necessary to fix. Me and my partner have called, emailed and texted them multiple times over the last few months but nobody will respond to us.
