POTA--per phone call--complainants apartment flooded recently and a dehumifier and fan were left running in her apartment to help with moisture/water damage. The owner and prop manager came by the complainants home and informed her that the unit would need a full remodel and that she would need to vacate. The complainant said the flood was not her fault, she ahs no money to move and the landlord is not compensating her for her moving costs or the costs of running equipmen

NOISE--per online--The Seattle Arena/Key Arena noise has reached a point that is ridiculously noisy in the morning. I've been consistently woken up by heavy banging/dumping of what sounds like truck loads of metal, mornings at 5:15-5:30 a.m. I'm aware they have a special permit for 5 a.m. NON-NOISE IMPACT work, but this is definitely noisy. I'm a solid sleeper and have been woken up every single morning.
