Is work occurring per Permit 6278204? The complainant's understanding is that they were not supposed to dig within a foot of her property and now the foundation of her building is exposed. Vertical cut 2' - 4' along south property line and is no longer 1:1. (They have consulted with an attorney and have written to the owner. Vacant building - probably open to entry - transients seen shooting up are on/around front porch. Blankets, clothes, plastic bags and misc trash all over property. Unable to contact owner.
