It is "tagged" constantly. A complete eyesore on a newly remodeled street. Owners show zero willingness to fix and/or rent it.

Per online: Vacant Building. We've recently seen people on property, appears to be open to entry. Vegetation encroaching on sidewalk. Litter and debris on property. This building has sat vacant since at least 2007. Does this City have any intent of fining the owner or compelling them to sell or develop it?
