Pays $175/mo for parking. Recently ALL parking spaces were under construction. No notice from building. Have to move car every 4 hours. Are seeking reimbursment for parking fee. Would also like to know tenant rights in this matter.

People using the alley behind the Kenneth Apartments and Uptown Flats as a new homeless encampment. People are causing trouble, harassing homeowners and making constant noise. Remove them now!

Washers and Dryers in the laundry room have been continually non-functioning. One of the Dryers doesn't fully dry clothes and hasn't for three years, the other eats quarters and is essentially non-working due to that. Both issues have been going on since 2020.
