The hedge on the south side has blocked the sidewalk for months. It's so egregious that a dirt path has developed through the grass planting strip from people having the walk around it. It is not ADA compliant in its current state and has not been for months, which is a city responsibility and liability. This is likely exacerbated by the fact that this property has been a short-term rental for months, in spite of being listed as residential with the King County assessor. There are different
