This is a unit in Hendon Condominiums. All owners were notified that Unit #104 is removing a healthy patio tree on August 6, 2026, by Davey Tree. Opened March 5, 2020

Per Online; The contractor who is working in the retail space within the Hendon Condominiums (6800 greenwood ave) o I is storing old piles of insulation in the parking garage making the air quality unsafe for residents.  The particles have caused respiratory and eye issues with some of the residents.  We understand the need for construction but we want to make sure that there is immediate clean up and disposal daily of debris up to minimize the health risks to the residents.
