Construction to develop the 3084 SW Avalon Way building has continued to destroy and rut out the planting strip and (now) landscaping in front of 3166 SW Genesee St. I believe this is due to large vehicles continuing to use this space to access the alley paralleling Avalon. This has been going on for 1+ years, but has gotten much worse recently.
