Per on line complaint, A pipe has been leaking for some time in my ceiling and burst through. This leak continued into unit below me. The sheetrock was ripped out to make the repair and the ceiling has been open since Jan. 2nd. On January 5th, discovery of rodent droppings in unit. I believe the building has a rat problem
