Pilot Property Management is not fixing my apartment and ignoring my maintenance requests. My bathroom has mold and has since I moved in - they're ignoring it. They incorrectly installed a new bathroom floor and now there's issues. My oven broke last week and nobody has replied to my maintenance requests.

Per online complaints: "Dilapidated fence is in public right-of-way, please coordinate with SDOT. Lot is becoming dumping ground for garbage, especially near bus stop. RATS, I have seen them. Lot covered in graffiti. DPD records show construction permits, but this property has been foreclosed. Make the bank clean it up."
