I searched the SDCI permit history for this property and found a March 2026 electrical permit for a 200-amp service upgrade, but I was unable to locate a demolition permit or building permit associated with the garage replacement. slipped and fell on stairs running along side of house. they are made of railroad ties and do not have an even rise and run. there is no handrail. tenant is moving out today but you can see the stairs from the street. there are also stairs attached to the back of the house that do have railing but it's wobbly.
