Neighbor at 8609 31st Ave Sw has illegally pruned tree on her property. Tree trunk is 47in in circumference and a branch with a 21in circumference was removed, damaging structural integrity of tree. Previously hired an arborist to prune tree to remedy any issues tree was causing her neighbor. Neighbor did not hire arborist nor notify her before pruning tree. Can potentially fall on either property. Requesting inspection.
