permit 6630111-CN required replacement of sidewalk and ramp at NE corner NE 55th & 31st Ave NE. Not completed only asphalt installed. Concrete panels and curb may have also been required to be replaced on NE 55th. On south side NE 55th planting strip next to curb not filled in with dirt leaving an extreme trip hazard.
