Severe mold problem is back and is making the tentant sick. In January of 2009 had an inspection for same problem. SR #25347

Apartment has extensive green mold (6" X 8') in closet, moisture is leaking in through windows, and the floors are damp. There is one baseboard heater in the apartment, the tenant stated that it does not get warm enough in the apartment to dry out the mold.
