Per email from Bryan Stevens he fielded an anonymous complainant:"I fielded a complaint from someone about illegal construction work that has occurred on the building. The attached photo is meant to show what they believe to be a former balcony that was enclosed and window installation. May just be siding repair occurring in the photo, but the complaint was about other illegal work. Let me know what is found."
