exhaust fan not connected, shower faucet is not stable keeps spinning, mold issue, some of the closet doors are falling off POTA, tenant rights - question: how can the landlord collect a security deposit when the check list was inaccurate (unit was not cleaned or painted, dryer not cleaned along with several other issues)
