Doing construction adding rooms to a sf home, no permits. In the Upper East corner of the home. Keeps windows covered so you cannot see what's being done. Renting out as a two bdrm and it's not, illegal unit, no windows in one of the bdrooms. Didn't want to give any info, also processed a construction SR.
