The apartments northeast of my house installed security lighting for their parking lot but the lights point straight out from the building, directly into my bedrooms with east facing windows.I have talked to the property management company about the issue and they suggested I pay to fix the problem. I am getting nowhere with them.I believe the company is called Prospector Property Management and a phone number I have for them is 206 508-6366.I filed another similar complaint (004151-23
