Tenant let the landlord know he would be moving out and would be breaking the lease that ends 6/31/2023. Tenant sated he could try to help find a new tenant to take over. Tenant hasn't found anyone, let the landlord know that and has had no response. Would like to know what are rights and do they owe for last remaining months?
