The heat was not turned on September 1st. I have had trouble with this landlord in the past - turning the heat off too early (filed a previous complaint). I made the request to turn the heat on - the furnace is in the basement - they have postponed doing so - claiming they need to enter my unit to do - so that will not happen until Tuesday Sept 8th. Again furnace is in the basement so they do not need to access my unit to comply with the law and turn on the heat. I have NO denied them access th
