For the last 4 nights, construction has started at midnight or later and gone until around 5 a.m under the I5 bridge in East Lake, with the closest cross street being Alison St and Eastlake Ave. There is loud drilling and beeping all night which makes it impossible to sleep. You can hear it from my apartmenr which is the address 3150 Eastlake Ave.
