"Per online complaint" We have a window in our bedroom that doesn't operate. Were there to be a fire in our kitchen for example, we would not be able to safely get out of the apartment. Even if window opened it is approx. 7 feet high and too difficult climb out of. Unit of concern: 316 E. Harrison St Apt 103
