This property was sold about a month ago. Since closing, workmen have been busy: electrical, plumbing, closing off doorway, drywall, etc. There is no permit recorded for this work. Today, this residence was re-listed by Windermere as a duplex. The Windermere sign out front advertises it as such. It appears someone transformed this single family residence into a duplex without pulling a permit.

Per online complaint dated 8/6/2004: This property changed hands on April 15, 2004. The new owner moved into the proprety and began an extensive remodel. This project is being done without a permit. If true, DPD was previously notified about this - yet the project continues without any permit. Thus, folks in the neighborhood are wondering why we had to receive permits, pay fees, and then pay for the subsequent tax increases due to the improvement to our properties, yet this project gets an exem
