There is water intrusion and exposure of occupant (me) to the weather, due to inadequate insulation. This has resulted in a mold infestation throughout the open bedroom closet area where all of my belongings are kept and the adjacent main bedroom, where I sleep. Additionally, there is preliminary rotting of the floors, cracking paint and drywall from condensation built up within the walls, and insufficient heating throughout the winter.
