Per Online; Loud parties with repeated screaming going on all evening (it is 4am and they're still stomping and screaming). I have been complaining to the manager of the apartment (Rev) but have not gotten any response and this has been occurring regularly since last November.

Elevator has no certificate of inspection and routinely makes loud noises and shakes. The building management is not responsive and will not schedule maintenance to fix and get certification.
